Fantasy Football Decision-Support Platform

A league-aware analytics system for draft, lineup, waiver, trade, and rest-of-season decisions.

Problem

Generic rankings do not account for a league's scoring, roster construction, keepers, waiver pool, or uncertainty.

Outcome

In development since August 2026, the project provides one offline-first workflow for draft preparation, weekly projections, roster decisions, and model evaluation.

A reproducible local analytics pipeline turns historical football data into calibrated, league-aware decisions.

1. nflverse + Sleeper: Historical, roster, scoring, and availability inputs
2. Polars pipeline: Identity resolution, point-in-time features, and Parquet artifacts
3. ML evaluation: Walk-forward LightGBM and probability calibration
4. Decision workspace: Streamlit, CLI, and static HTML recommendations
